Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering (also called reverse technology), is a product design technology represent the process, namely to reverse a target product research and analysis, to deduce and draw the product processing process, organization structure, features and technical specifications and other design elements, in order to produce similar functionality, but not exactly the same product. Reverse engineering derives from hardware analysis in both commercial and military fields. Its main purpose is to derive the design principle of the product directly from the analysis of the finished product under the condition that the necessary production information cannot be obtained easily. Reverse design is widely used in new product development, product modification design, product imitation, quality analysis and testing. It can shorten the design and development cycle of products, accelerate the updating speed of products, and reduce the cost and risk of enterprise development.
